PBX – Unified Communication

A multi tenant PBX is able to handle multiple business customers (companies) with a single instance of the software.

Each company has separate user accounts, extensions, phone numbers and its own configuration. The PBX/UC is part of the NSwitch platform. The platform comes with billing which allows you to charge company accounts for calls and other services (such as DIDs, plans etc.).

The UC Portal shows additional menus for the PBX users that include:

  • company personnel directory

  • teams

  • shared contact directory

  • configuration options for the users with admin rights
